Todd Foster - Lead Advisor and Social Media Lead. Todd has been best friends with Scott Miller for over 20 years. Todd grew up paddling as part of an Explorer Scout group lead by Fred Shermock. Todd taught Scott all about canoe tripping when they started taking trips in their 20’s. In 2005, Todd and Scott planned a 2,000 mile canoe trip from St. Cloud to Minneapolis to Hudson Bay where the polar bears live, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the trip taken by Eric Sevareid and Walter Port as recounted in Sevareid’s book “Canoeing with the Cree”. Todd is the Director of Youth and Family Services at the St. Cloud YMCA. He can’t imagine not helping Scott and his team accomplish this goal. He will be helping Scott as a sounding board for ideas, working on social media and the website, sponsorship and media issues as well as a myriad of other things. When he is not helping Scott with this project he likes to hike, canoe, and camp.
